OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES / The “Contest Rules”

1. EARNING GAMES REWARDS
Enrolment in the EARNINGS GAME Customer Loyalty Program (“EARNING GAMES”) is required to participate in the Contest. If you are not enrolled in EARNING GAMES, you may enrol online at www.cheerontoronto.com. By enrolling in the EARNING GAMES program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the EARNING GAMES program and Contest Rules as amended from time to time.
 

2. CONTEST PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY
The Contest will commence on Monday March 31st, 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Time and will operate through to the later of the end of the 2024-2025 Hockey season or about Monday, June 30th, 2025 or the date should Toronto be eliminated from the 2024-2025 playoffs (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is open only to residents of Ontario and those who have reached the age of majority in the province of Ontario and have a valid telephone number. The Contest is not open to employees of CheerOnToronto.com.
 

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
 

4. Entries are valid for a period of two (2) weeks, after which time the database may be cleared. Collection of entries will be open for sending up to 1 hour before start of game. Once the game has commenced, no contest sent via email will be valid. The only way the Earnings Game contest will accept an entry is via email.  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Anyone fulfilling the conditions of Rule 2 must enter by sending the Contest form via his or her name, city, province and telephone number along with the predictions of play and results to contest@cheerontoronto.com.
 

4.1 PRIZE
Should the entry contestant’s prediction for final score of game or for the prediction of goals scored in the “minute” selected (which will apply to all three (3) periods, the contestant will receive a customized income generating Music & Sports platform that will allow the him or her to earn commission through an organization of business advertisements who recognize that Music & Sports platforms can be a winning fusion to grow their brand. This platform is loaded up with 800+ featured links allowing the winning contestant of this Platform to earning an income working from home selling advertising on his/her new platform.

In the event you as a contestant win with your prediction entries, your Music and Sports Platform will be launched within 15 days form the date of game win. Music Sports platform benefits and terms can be viewed at "BrandingPlatforms.com"
 

Our contest team and administrators will make all reasonable efforts to contact the person whose name was shown as a winner; however we recommend you contact us at contest@cheerontoronto.com as soon as possible. If our team and administrators, acting reasonably, cannot contact the selected entrant within ten (10) business days of the date of the winning, the contestant winner may be excluded from the winning prize. 

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Potential winners will be judged, and prizes awarded, based on correctly answering, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and signing a liability/publicity release. Potential winners that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible to receive the prize. Every eligible winner will receive his/her prize within fifteen (15) days after verification. 

No correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners and winners. CheerOnToronto.com is the sole judge and its decision about any aspect of this contest shall be final and binding.
 

In consideration of being awarded the Prize, each Prize winner agrees to participate fully and without compensation in any announcement(s) and/or presentation ceremony/ceremonies and/or event or events organized or presented by the Sponsor in its sole discretion related to the granting of a Prize to such Prize winner. CheerOnToronto.com reserves the right to use winners’ names and/or photographs in any advertising or publicity, with no compensation to the winners. Potential winner names and city of residence may also be televised and/or appear online.
 

CheerOnToronto.com, at its option, may substitute any prize for equal or greater value throughout the Contest Period. CheerOnToronto.com shall not be responsible for any electronic network, computer problem or any other technical error of any kind. 

None of CheerOnToronto.com Contest Partners, CheerOnToronto.com nor any of their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the prizes awarded in this contest. CheerOnToronto.com shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected entries, computer/database failures or errors of any kind.
 

CheerOnToronto.com Contest Partners and CheerOnToronto.com will not be responsible for any adjustments in scheduling of Toronto hockey, or game telecasts or any event which may affect business operations or the hockey season and thereby force the contest to cease operations either temporarily or permanently. CheerOnToronto.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notification.
 

CheerOnToronto.com reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, time frames and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Contest Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by CheerOnToronto.com for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, entry and/or other information with these Contest Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of CheerOnToronto.com in their sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Contest Rules, or for any other reason.
 

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, copied, substituted or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
